Pop star Katy Perry, is featured on the cover of the newest Billboard Magazine. The picture is average, since we've seen Katy look ALOT better. But does anyone else have a problem with how they are calling her the "Queen of Pop"? Last time I checked, Madonna is still alive. And after Madonna, the throne would go to Britney Spears. Well.... it is billboard.
