Beyonce is set to officially release ‘Why Don’t You Love Me’ as the ninth single lifted from her third studio album ‘I Am… Sasha Fierce’. The track, which served as a bonus cut will be released August 30th, in the UK only. The track was originally released as a pre-order bonus but was then later released as a bonus cut on the Platinum Edition. It was written by Beyonce, Angela Beyince, Solange Knowles, Eddie Smith III, Jesse Rankins and Jonathan Wells. The track was also produced by the singer alongside The Bama Boyz and managed to peak at number one on the US Hot Dance Club Songs chart more than one year after the album’s original release. This became her thirteenth number-one hit on that chart.
If anyone is puzzled as to why she’s choosing to release this NOW, then join the club. She shot a music video for it earlier this year.
The I Am... album has sold over 1.4 million copies in the UK since its 2008 release.
